Under the new Victorian building legislation, all swimming pool and spa owners must register their pools and spas with Local councils.
The law requires: THAT IT IS THE POOL OWNERS responsibility to comply.

Registration Done–For-You
we help pool owners register with council $59 ( plus the council fee $79.08 )
Site Assessment $239 for those who are unsure if their pool barrier will pass
( Report that informs what needs to be done & fixed to comply,with a quote, so when Inspector attends they will pass once fixed ).
Inspection & Compliance Certificate $395 for people who are sure the pool barrier will pass
( by VBA Licensed Building Surveyor to be lodged with council )

We can come to you and carry out the mandatory pool safety barrier inspection and if the barrier complies issue the pool and spa compliance certificate and where the barrier does not comply we provide you with a barrier notice identifying the requirements to assist you with the rectification process.
We can refer to a few pool/ fix / repair companies for repairs & rectification.
